Morgan, our CPA, has 13+ years of experience helping startups and businesses make sense of their numbers. From scaling companies to a billion-dollar valuation to simplifying day-to-day finances, he’s been there, done that, and knows exactly how to help your agency succeed.

Lizzie brings her creative spark and operational know-how as a former creative freelance designer turned community builder. She keeps our client experience seamless and leads with the same energy she used to grow global communities from the ground up.

    Morgan, our CPA, has 13+ years of experience helping startups and businesses grow and make sense of their numbers. From helping scale a startup to a multi-billion dollar valuation to simplifying day-to-day finances, he’s been there, done that, and knows exactly how to help your agency succeed.


    When he’s not deep in the numbers, Morgan’s out soaking up nature, catching live music, brushing up on his Spanish, or being the best dad around (in our totally unbiased opinion).

    Lizzie’s career has been more jungle gym than ladder—spanning a decade in community building across nonprofits, creator-led businesses, and most recently, tech and SaaS.

    Running her own creative studio from 2018-2021 gave her a front-row seat to the daily struggles of agency owners. With her creative agency chops and obsession with client experience, she makes sure our clients want to shout Morgan’s name from the rooftops.

    She’s also a book lover (when she can find the time), a fan of anything outdoors, live music with Morgan, and diving headfirst into this wild new role: motherhood.

    Todd, our tax expert, is a CPA with 8+ years of experience guiding Fortune 100 companies, startups, and business owners through complex tax laws. Having worked at top global accounting firms and built the tax department of a high-growth startup from the ground up, he understands the challenges businesses face at every stage. As the Founder of Clear Peak Accounting, Todd is committed to making taxes simple and stress-free. He specializes in customized tax preparation and strategic planning, ensuring clients optimize their tax positions while staying fully compliant with federal and state regulations.
